The overall cleanliness of the room was not acceptable. The sheets had stains. I felt uncomfortable with the environment, especially with the rising concerns about hygiene.

I recently stayed at Extended Stay America Suites, Columbus, Polaris for 4 nights, and it was great! The queen studio was clean and spacious, with a full kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I loved the convenience of having a grocery store nearby. Free WiFi was a plus too!
